Our platform only offers two Tourist eSIM options valid for 1 day or 10 days. Please note, these plans are activated as they are purchased, so the expiration period begins as you purchase. Therefore, if your stay is longer than 10 days, we recommend purchasing another Tourist eSIM after your first Tourist eSIM expires. To purchase another eSIM, just login to the platform using the credentials of your registered account, then follow the same steps as your first purchase. To activate your new Tourist eSIM, you will first want to delete the expired eSIM from your phone, then scan the new Tourist eSIM QR Code to activate on your phone. This can be done as many times as required.

Yes, our eSIM Swap feature allows you to transfer your existing mobile account from a traditional SIM to an Esim, while keeping your current phone number. Kindly verify your device's compatibility with eSIM and Smart's network before proceeding. Only valid for existing mobile accounts with a traditional SIM that would like to change to eSIM. Once the transfer is successful, your traditional SIM card will no longer be operational since your mobile number will be transferred to an eSIM. Please note, your account must be linked to an existing mobile number to access this feature.

There is no feature within the platform to directly switch between eSIMs. However, you can purchase a new eSIM using your registered account at any time. To switch between eSIMs, all you need to do is purchase another eSIM and scan the new QR Code for that eSIM with your device. If you have already purchase multiple eSIMs and have loaded them onto your phone, you just need to visit your phone’s SIM Manager settings to switch between eSIMs. Note, an eSIM can only be activated on one device at a time. To use the eSIM on a different device, you must first delete the eSIM from the current device before activating on another device.
